Can I cancel or modify my accommodation booking?
All bookings will require payment in full.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 70 days = Full standard deposit charge at £50
50 to 70 days = 25% of total accommodation cost
29 to 49 days = 50% of total accommodation cost
Under 28 days = 100% of total accommodation cost
If you cancel your trip, you'll be liable for the full cost.
Is the cottage accessible?
We can’t class the cottage as accessible due to the traditional layout of the property including narrow stairs and doorways.
Do you provide a cot or highchair at the cottages?
A highchair is provided in the property and is in the cupboard under the stairs. If you need a cot, one can be provided to you upon request before your check-in date.
Do you provide bedding linen and towels?
The beds in the property will be made ready for your arrival and hand and body towels are provided at the end of your bed.
Can I bring a picnic to Zip World?
Only food sold at selected Zip World sites can be consumed within the premises. We have on-site cafés and restaurants where you can purchase food and drinks. Feel free to bring along your picnic to enjoy in the surrounding areas.

Which adventures have souvenir videos available to purchase?
The point of view camera offers a different field of vision depending on the adventure. The camera's are mounted either on your helmet or on the equipment so you don't have to operate them, our team members will turn them on for you. Souvenir videos are available to purchase on the following adventures:

What does the Fforest Coaster souvenir video capture?
On the Fforest Coaster, the camera is mounted in front of you to capture your reaction as you race around the track. The video records the full ride on each of your three runs, so every twist, turn, and burst of excitement is saved for you to relive and share. You will get to then choose which run of the three you want to keep.
What does the Zip Safari souvenir video capture?
On Zip Safari, the camera is mounted on your helmet and faces outwards, so it records your entire adventure through the course. This setup not only captures you tackling the obstacles but also shows the person in front of you, giving a great perspective of the journey as it unfolds.
The filming runs for the whole adventure course, but it doesn’t include the short training section at the start. This way, your video focuses on the real experience.
What does the Skyride souvenir video capture?
On Skyride, the camera is mounted in front of you to record your reaction as you take on the adventure. The video captures the whole experience from being lifted up, to that unforgettable swing so every burst of excitement is saved for you to enjoy afterwards.
