You will also receive tea bags, coffee and sugar. The fridge will be stocked with milk and orange juice, as well as a small selection of welcome treats waiting for you upon your arrival.
Towels and bedding are provided for your stay, along with 2 robes.

If you want to experience our adventures at Zip World Betws-y-Coed during your stay, the park is open all year round except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. However, in the off-peak seasons we do operate on selected days only, so the park may not be open during your stay. Please refer to the adventures page on our website to check calendar dates that are available to book.
Yes, you are entitled to a Zip World adventure discount as a Forest Lodges guest. Please contact your Guest Services team or the Zip World reception team for more information upon arrival.
The Forest Lodges can fit up to 2 adults and 3 children. Due to the layout of the lodges, no more than 2 adults can stay as one bedroom has a double or king-size bed and the other bedroom has smaller bunk beds designed for children. If you are a group of more than 2 adults, we would recommend looking if another lodge nearby is available.
The Forest Lodges provide a flexible stay from a week to a weekend. This must be pre-booked.
Due to the environment, the terrain to and from the Forest Lodges is not suitable for wheelchairs.
