Location: Zip World Base Camp, Llanrwst

Positions: We have a permanent 32 hours per week contract or / Hourly rate: An hourly rate of £9.33 - This will be a fixed term contract until the 1st September 2019 (Minimum of 32 hours per month)

Zip World opened in 2013 with 8 employees running the fastest zip line in the world from a small office in Bethesda. Four years later, the Zip World Family has grown to over 300 staff operating nine unique adventures at three stunning locations in north Wales. Zip World aims to be the most recommended experience brand in the world through the provision extraordinary adventure experiences in spectacular environments.


The Zip World Adventure Consultant role: 
We require the very best to join our fast-growing team. We need energetic, articulate and passionate staff focused on delivering an excellent service to our discerning customer base.

Each day is different in the Adventure Booking Centre. As a Zip World Adventure Consultant, you will deal with customer enquiries over the phone, email and live chat. You will ensure our customers have all the answer's to the questions they have and help them plan and organise their booking with us. Working closely with the rest of the team you will provide outstanding customer service with the ability to cross sell and upsell our products.

We will take care of providing you with the training and support you need to be confident and successful in your role. Whilst working at Zip World, you will be offered training opportunities and gain a wide range of transferable skills.

Person specification


Is practically minded
Is customer service focused with previous experience in a customer service role whether over the phone or face to face
Previous sales experience/ confidence to be able to cross sell and or upsell our products
Able to communicate and consult with and report to the supervisors and Adventure booking centre manager
Able to work alone and on one’s own initiative
Participation in staff meetings
Participation in training activities
Taking responsibility for ones own personal development by keeping abreast of legal requirements/terms and conditions relating to your role and techniques and policies associated with associated best working practices
To be responsible for your own health and safety and that of anybody else whom your acts or omissions may affect.​
