I have a voucher via a third-party company, how do I redeem this?
You can redeem third-party vouchers by calling us on 01248 601 444 or email us at info@zipworld.co.uk, with the following information:
- Voucher code
- First name, last name, email address, contact number
- Please read through our adventure restrictions and confirm these have been met
- Date and time you wish to book for – all availability can be viewed live on our checkout
When are you open?
We are open all year round except Christmas day and Boxing Day. During off-peak seasons, please visit our checkout to see our booking calendar and our opening days. Each site has different opening times and days so please check our website.
Do you offer Blue Light discount?
We are not a part of the Blue Light scheme. However, we do offer a 15% discount on adventures only for anyone working within the NHS, the armed forces, social care, police, firefighters, emergency first responders or search and rescue teams. Please phone us on 01248 601 444 to place a booking using the discount. This can be redeemed any day of the week, including holidays. Please note, the discount is only valid for the registered member of the group, not the entire booking and proof of employment must be shown at check-in on the day of your booking. If you can’t provide proof, this may result in you not being able to participate on the day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, refunds are available for cancellations, depending on the number of participants and the notice given:
- For bookings with less than 6 participants, a refund is only possible with more than 7 days’ notice.
- For 6–15 participants, a refund is available with 14 days’ notice.
- For 16 or more participants, a refund is available with 28 days’ notice.
Can I change my booking?
You can request changes to your booking if we are notified at least 7 days in advance. Please note that fees will apply to any changes made.
Can I book over the phone?
It is quicker to book online, but you’re welcome to call us if you’d prefer; please do so on 01248 601 444. Please note there may be a wait time on the phone, particularly during busy periods.

Can I protect my booking if I need to make any last-minute changes?
Yes, you can purchase ticket protection insurance at check-out which will allow you the flexibility to make a last-minute change or cancellation.
Do you have a cancellation list?
No, we do not have a cancellation list. Please check our booking calendar for availability. If someone cancels, it will become available on our website.
