Provisional bookings
Provisional bookings can be placed if the participant numbers exceed 16 people, this gives you 4 weeks to contact everyone in your party before we would require the full payment.

Please note that in order to place a provisional booking, the date that you would like to attend must be a minimum of 8 weeks from the date you request the provisional booking.

Following a group price offer, if there is a reduction in group size at any time prior to the activity, the booking will be re-priced accordingly and further charges may apply.
