Our B Corp score
In 2023, we began our exciting 18-month journey toward becoming a B Corp, driven by our commitment to balance adventure with purpose. Our goals are ambitious, and we're determined to continually improve our B Corp score as we move forward. We will also be reassessed every three years to maintain our B Corp status and receive an updated and hopefully further improved score; this will also help us track if we are still heading in the right direction.
With the dedication of our Trail B-lazers, we have exceeded those standards with a B Corp score of 96.0 points; setting a course for a brighter, more sustainable future at Zip World. The journey is just beginning; we're ready to make every step count!

We’re incredibly proud to have been awarded B Corp Certification. This journey aligns with our ambitious goal to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. Specific initiatives include introducing an e-bus network, transitioning customer transportation from trucks to a more sustainable cable car system, and significantly reducing single-use plastics across our locations.

What does it mean to be part of B Corp?
B Corp stands for ‘Better Corporation’. B-Corp certification is a global recognition from B Lab, awarded to businesses that meet the highest standards across multiple areas. B Lab certifies companies, known as B Corps, who are leading the way for change.
How do you become a B Corp?
To be considered a B Corp company you must meet certain criteria, according to their impact areas, governance, workers, community, environment and customers. You must reach a minimum of 80 points to pass. You will also be reassessed every three years to maintain your B Corp status and receive an updated and hopefully further improved score; this will also help you track if you are still heading in the right direction.
