Our 10m climbing wall awaits! Once your harness is safely on, you'll head up the 10m wall alongside friends and family, choosing a route that suits your ability and adventure level.

Now you've conquered the wall, it's time to take on-the ultimate thrill: an exhilarating zip line with beautiful views of Lake Windermere that'll see you soaring through the air! Feel the wind rushing past you as you zoom along the 250m triple-zip, taking in stunning views of the gardens around you. You can fly alongside up to two other people.

Our expert instructors will be on hand every step of the way to provide support and encouragement, ensuring you have a safe and exciting adventure that you'll never forget.

Restrictions

Before booking this adventure, please carefully review the following restrictions to ensure you and your party meet the minimum participation requirements. Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over, and in most cases, an adult must take part in the group unless stated otherwise.

Supervision for under 18’s

1 spectating adult 18 yrs+ is required for every 3 children <18 yrs

Max Weight

Participants must be below 120kg to take part in this adventure

Min Age

You must be at least 5 years old to take part in this adventure

FAQs

When should I arrive?

You will need to arrive on site ready to check in for your experience 30 minutes prior to your adventure start time.

What should I wear?

You will need to wear warm comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day, with walking boots or trainers. Some of our experiences require your arms and legs to be covered, please check individual adventure restrictions to see if this applies to you.

Can I protect my booking in case of unforeseen circumstances?

Yes, you can purchase ticket protection insurance at checkout, giving you added peace of mind if unforeseen circumstances affect your plans and you need to claim a refund. Please read TicketPlan’s terms and conditions to find out what is and isn’t covered.

Can I book over the phone?

It is quicker to book online, but you’re welcome to call us if you’d prefer; please do so on 01248 601 444. Please note there may be a wait time on the phone, particularly during busy periods.

When are you open?

We are open all year round except Christmas day and Boxing Day. During off-peak seasons, please visit our checkout to see our booking calendar and our opening days. Each site has different opening times and days so please check our website.

How do I book?

The easiest way to book is online. Click the red ‘Book Now’ button at the top of the page, and select your adventure, time, date and number of participants.

Do I need to book in advance or can I just turn up?

We’d always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. If you turn up without a booking, we will do our best to fit you in, but cannot guarantee this. Please be sure to book in advance if you’re travelling a distance to visit us.

I am a content creator and want to work with Zip World

Content creators are welcome to book onto experiences themselves and film using a phone, without any special equipment. This can be done without prior discussion or supervision from the marketing team. If you’re interested in a formal collaboration with us, please get in touch before your visit.
