To avoid disappointment we highly recommend you pre-book your adventure, especially in holiday periods. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are operating with reduced availability to enable easier social distancing, so to avoid disappointment please do book ahead.

Please note a £4.50 booking and admin fee is charged for bookings made over the phone & £3.50 when ordering online. This fee applies for total booking, not per ticket.

We welcome everyone to all our sites; however, whilst our activities are designed to be accessible to most people they do offer a degree of physical and mental challenge.

For some people with additional needs this may mean that additional equipment and/or persons will be required for safe participation, however additional measures cannot be guaranteed.  Only Velocity at Zip World Penrhyn, Bethesda is suitable for wheelchair users and must be by prior arrangement.

We ask all customers, who have pre-booked, to bring their confirmation email. This is e-mailed to you after making the booking. Alternatively this can be shown on a device (i.e. phones, tablet). If you do not receive this e-mail please call Zip World on 01248 601 444.

Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to activity times.

Arriving after the scheduled starting time will not entitle a customer to a refund. There will be no compensation paid for consequential losses or other expenses of a similar nature.

Zip World reserves the right to make operational changes at any time which are considered necessary for safety or operational matters. For safety reasons, we may introduce amendments to weight restrictions or even site closure.

Please check the ride status to keep up to date with the status of your adventure. If it is necessary for us to change your booking due to weather, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible via phone and text message.

There is no better or worse time of the year to participate. Please check the ride status page before you visit.

If you have placed an order with us for a Zip World adventure or gift voucher, but have not had your email confirmation through, please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders. If you have a Hotmail account in particular, emails are often misidentified and automatically put in these folders.

Alternatively, if you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will be able to re-send it.

Yes, all our sites are dog friendly, however they must remain on a lead, not be left un-accompanied at any time and can not participate on any adventures or go underground.

You can only reschedule your booking if you're due to participate in your adventure more than 7 days in the future. Please email info@zipworld.co.uk with your booking reference number and the new date and time that you would like to reschedule to.

You should receive a confirmation email when you've successfully placed a booking with us. Please check your junk or spam folder if it isn't in your main inbox. You don't need to print the confirmation email, we will take your name during check in and bring up your booking detail.

No, we don't offer student discount.

We offer 15% discount for Blue Light Card holders, please use the code BLCESD15 at checkout.

This code will only work on adventure bookings (not vouchers) and won't apply to group or family tickets as these are already discounted.

You will be required to show your Blue Light Card on check-in, failure to provide this will result in you not being able to participate on the day.

No, we do not sell cash vouchers.

Our Shared sledge ticket for the Fforest and Tower coaster are for under 9-year-olds who must share to take part. If you want to share and your combined weight is under 150kg then you can, but you will need to buy a single sledge ticket each.
