Sign-in at the military checkpoint, before encountering the horrifying scare maze, and finally taking-on the Helix slide in almost total darkness. This scare-fest in Stratford combines jumpscares and adrenaline – how long will you last?
Project E20 at Zip World London: The Story
An experiment has gone horrifically wrong. The ArcelorMittal Orbit was once a secret testing facility for what was meant to be a scientific breakthrough in creating the genetically-perfect human. But it turned into something entirely different. The subjects of Project E20 transformed – and whatever they are, they’re on the loose, and contagious.
The military had no option but to shutdown Project E20, sealing the ArcelorMittal Orbit in a bid to keep the contaminated subjects contained. But with the mysterious disappearance of the workers, the facility is slowly losing power, and the horrors within will soon be unleashed upon the city.
Whatever’s prowling the dark corridors wants out – this is where you come in. Help keep Project E20 contained, before it’s too late.
The Scare Maze
Once you’ve reported for duty at the ArcelorMittal Orbit’s military checkpoint, it’s time to ascend 80m in the air to the very top level, where the darkened corridors await. What’s prowling within, no one knows. With luck, you’ll survive the terrifying journey through the facility, and make your way to the final destination: the kinetic generator that is the Helix slide.
The Helix Slide
The world’s longest and tallest tunnel slide has been converted into a kinetic generator. Each ride creates a charge, which helps to power the facility and keep Project E20 contained. Take-on 178m of slide in almost total darkness, twisting and looping around the ArcelorMittal Orbit 12 times. Your deadly descent will last around 40 seconds, and makes all the difference to keep the horrors of Project E20 enclosed.
