When should I arrive?
You will need to arrive on site ready to check in for your experience 30 minutes prior to your adventure start time.
What should I wear?
You will need to wear warm comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day, with walking boots or trainers. Some of our experiences require your arms and legs to be covered, please check individual adventure restrictions to see if this applies to you.
Can I protect my booking in case of unforeseen circumstances?
Yes, you can purchase ticket protection insurance at checkout, giving you added peace of mind if unforeseen circumstances affect your plans and you need to claim a refund. Please read TicketPlan’s terms and conditions to find out what is and isn’t covered.
Can I book over the phone?
It is quicker to book online, but you’re welcome to call us if you’d prefer; please do so on 01248 601 444. Please note there may be a wait time on the phone, particularly during busy periods.
When are you open?
We are open all year round except Christmas day and Boxing Day. During off-peak seasons, please visit our checkout to see our booking calendar and our opening days. Each site has different opening times and days so please check our website.

How do I book?
The easiest way to book is online. Click the red ‘Book Now’ button at the top of the page, and select your adventure, time, date and number of participants.
Do I need to book in advance or can I just turn up?
We’d always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. If you turn up without a booking, we will do our best to fit you in, but cannot guarantee this. Please be sure to book in advance if you’re travelling a distance to visit us.
I am a content creator and want to work with Zip World
Content creators are welcome to book onto experiences themselves and film using a phone, without any special equipment. This can be done without prior discussion or supervision from the marketing team. If you’re interested in a formal collaboration with us, please get in touch before your visit. You can contact us via our social media channels or email us at marketing@zipworld.co.uk. Don't forget you can also tag us in your content after your adventure for a possible feature on our social media channels.

How to find us
You’ll find us located directly next to the iconic London Stadium, within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We are easily accessible via a number of public transport routes, including 10 tube and train links (which includes the 24-hour night tube on the Central and Jubilee lines). We’re just 7 minutes from St. Pancras International.
