What if I decide when I’m at Zip World that I no longer want to go ahead with the adventure?
If you choose to not participate in your adventure on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I sign my waiver?
You can sign your waiver online at waiver.zipworld.co.uk.
It won’t let me sign my waiver online, what should I do?
Don’t worry, if for whatever reason you have been unable to complete your waiver in advance, you can sign it on one of our devices on the day of your adventure.
I’ve had an email saying I need to sign my waiver, but I already have. What should I do?
Don’t worry, this is an automated email – thank you for completing your waiver in advance.
I’m not happy with something on the waiver, can I have it changed?
No, our waivers are non-negotiable and cannot be amended. You cannot do a Zip World adventure without agreeing to the waiver.
Does my child need to sign a waiver?
Anyone participating in a Zip World adventure under the age of 18 years must have a waiver signed on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
Can I bring my own camera?
Most of our adventures allow you to bring your phone to capture the experience but please note they must be securely fastened to you or in a zipped pocket. We can't allow the use of specialist equipment such as GoPros, drones or equivalent without prior permission or supervision from a member of the marketing team.
Each adventure is different and has varying restrictions, so please check with us before attending.
Can I hire a camera at Zip World?
Yes, most of our adventures come with a souvenir video option. We’d recommend booking in advance, as cameras may not be available on the day.
I’m a member of a media/film crew and would like to film using my own camera for commercial purposes, what are my options?
This would need to be discussed in advance with a member of the marketing team and require special permissions and supervision. Please get in touch at marketing@zipworld.co.uk. Please do not turn up on-site to film without having sought prior permission, you will not be allowed to do this.
