I’m an influencer/content creator, can I use my own camera to gather content?
This would need to be discussed in advance with a member of the marketing team and require special permissions and supervision. Please get in touch at marketing@zipworld.co.uk. Please do not turn up on-site to film without having sought prior permission, you will not be allowed to do this.

Can I book a Zip World adventure as a gift/ do you do vouchers?
Yes, you can buy an adventure voucher. These are usually valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless bought during a promotional period. Always be sure to read the full terms and conditions before purchasing. If you’ve been gifted a voucher, please check the expiry date stated on your digital copy, as validity may vary.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Head to our voucher page to redeem your voucher, or call us on 01248 601 444.
Can I swap my voucher?
No, once a voucher is purchased it cannot be amended.
My voucher has expired, can I extend it?
Vouchers may be extended for a small fee, but this is not guaranteed and is considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they haven’t already expired. To request an extension, please contact us at 01248 601 444 or email info@zipworld.co.uk.
Can I pick a date for the voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed up until their expiry date. Please note that vouchers bought during promotional periods may have restrictions on redemption.
Are vouchers through-the-post or digital?
Vouchers can be either physical and arrive through the post, or digital. Physical vouchers are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, so please allow at least 5 business days for your voucher to arrive. A postage charge is applied to physical vouchers. You may also pay extra for a decorative voucher holder. Digital vouchers arrive instantly in your email inbox. A digital version of your voucher will be sent to your inbox, even if you’ve chosen a postage voucher.
Why are vouchers more expensive than some of the prices I’ve seen on the Zip World website?
You can redeem your voucher any time you like, including during peak times and during the summer holidays, this is reflected in the price.
