What should I wear?
You will need to wear warm comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day, with walking boots or trainers. Some of our experiences require your arms and legs to be covered, please check individual adventure restrictions to see if this applies to you.
Can I wear glasses?
You can wear glasses on all of our adventures, including those adventures that require goggles.
When should I arrive?
You will need to arrive on site ready to check in for your experience 30 minutes prior to your adventure start time.
What if there's bad weather on the day?
Our adventures operate in most typical British weather. On rare occasions, our adventures can be affected by the extreme weather conditions. We may need to postpone, make changes to operations or delay session times. Should your experience be impacted, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.
Is there a maximum drop off time when you enter the car park?
There will be an exemption window of any fixed penalty notice if the driver enters and leaves within 30 minutes.
Parking charges at Zip World
Parking can be added to your basket when booking online, and parking is free at Zip World operated car parks when you pre book two or more adventures. Parking charges apply at all Zip World sites. Please note that at Windermere, Manchester and London, parking is not managed by Zip World. Visitors are informed on our website and in their booking confirmation email. All car parks have clear signage in line with British Parking Association requirements.
Paying for parking on arrival via the RingGo app, incurs an extra app administration charge of 60p. Location codes need to be entered when paying for parking:

What do I do if I receive a parking fine?
All fixed penalty notices once issued will be handled by Smart Parking. All appeals and disputes should be directed to Smart Parking.
Do I still need to pay for parking if I am a Blue Badge holder?
Yes. Blue Badge holders or anyone parking in a labelled disabled space will need to pay the standard parking charges. Parking is free at Zip World operated car parks when you pre-book two or more adventures.
What if my booking is postponed and parking has already been paid?
If your booking is postponed due to the weather for example, our team will be in touch with you firstly. Once your booking is moved to an agreed time and day, your parking will also be moved to that chosen day. No extra parking charges are needed if you have paid for parking when making your original booking.
