Can my child do any Zip World adventures?
We have lots of family-friendly adventures at Zip World; most of our adventures have height restrictions rather than age restrictions. Please check your desired adventure’s webpage to view restrictions.
I’m bringing a big group to Zip World, can I get a discount?
Yes, we do large group discounts, please call us on 01248 601 444 or email us at info@zipworld.co.uk to see what discount your large group is eligible for.
Do Zip World offer discounts?
Yes, occasionally we do run promotions, both seasonal and vocational. Please check our promotions page for the latest offers. We also do group discounts, carers discounts, locals discounts (certain times of year) and military discounts.
I would like to propose to my partner at Zip World, how can I do this?
Congratulations! If you’d like to propose at Zip World, please get in touch with us on 01248 601 444 and we will help you arrange this.
I can’t find my voucher, what can I do?
If you purchased the voucher yourself, please get in touch with us and we will attempt to recover the voucher details for you. If someone else purchased the voucher for you, they will likely have a digital copy of the voucher in their inbox which they can share with you.
I have a voucher, can I pay extra for others to come with me?
Yes. You can redeem and book your voucher, and providing there’s space on the session, pay for other tickets too. You can call us on 01248 601 444 to arrange this, or do so on our website.
Can I arrive on the day with my voucher?
No, you must pre-book your voucher. We cannot guarantee you a space if you turn up on the day with your voucher without having redeemed and booked it in advance.
Can I get a refund on my voucher?
No, vouchers are non-refundable.
I’m having an issue with my third-party voucher, how can I resolve this?
Please contact the third-party company to resolve this issue.
