Congratulations! If you’d like to propose at Zip World, please get in touch with us on 01248 601 444 and we will help you arrange this.
I can’t find my voucher, what can I do?
If you purchased the voucher yourself, please get in touch with us and we will attempt to recover the voucher details for you. If someone else purchased the voucher for you, they will likely have a digital copy of the voucher in their inbox which they can share with you.
I have a voucher, can I pay extra for others to come with me?
Yes. You can redeem and book your voucher, and providing there’s space on the session, pay for other tickets too. You can call us on 01248 601 444 to arrange this, or do so on our website.
Can I arrive on the day with my voucher?
No, you must pre-book your voucher. We cannot guarantee you a space if you turn up on the day with your voucher without having redeemed and booked it in advance.
Can I get a refund on my voucher?
No, vouchers are non-refundable.
I’m having an issue with my third-party voucher, how can I resolve this?
Please contact the third-party company to resolve this issue.
I have a voucher via a third-party company, how do I redeem this?
You can redeem third-party vouchers by calling us on 01248 601 444 or email us at info@zipworld.co.uk, with the following information:
- Voucher code
- First name, last name, email address, contact number
- Please read through our adventure restrictions and confirm these have been met
- Date and time you wish to book for – all availability can be viewed live on our checkout
Why are vouchers more expensive than some of the prices I’ve seen on the Zip World website?
You can redeem your voucher any time you like, including during peak times and during the summer holidays, this is reflected in the price.
Are vouchers through-the-post or digital?
Vouchers can be either physical and arrive through the post, or digital. Physical vouchers are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, so please allow at least 5 business days for your voucher to arrive. A postage charge is applied to physical vouchers. You may also pay extra for a decorative voucher holder. Digital vouchers arrive instantly in your email inbox. A digital version of your voucher will be sent to your inbox, even if you’ve chosen a postage voucher.
