Personal belongings
We advise keeping all personal items in a locked vehicle or one of our lockers on site. Any personal items you take along on the adventure experience will be at your own risk and we would highly recommend keeping them in a secure pocket.
Do Zip World accommodations allow dogs?
Yes, we allow dogs at our lodges, hotels and pods (fees apply). Please let us know upon booking that you will be bringing your pet to ensure there are sufficient dog-friendly rooms available.
Is there anywhere I can wait whilst my loved one is adventuring?
Yes, all of our sites have either a restaurant, café or a seating area.
Can I come to Zip World and watch my loved one on the adventure?
Yes, we allow non-adventurers at Zip World. Each adventure is different and may or may not have a good spectator’ view. Either way, you don’t have to be adventuring to come to Zip World. However, due to the configuration and logistics of moving around our sites, it will not be possible for spectators to come to the top of the zip lines too.
Where can I leave my dog whilst I’m adventuring?
We understand how much your pets mean to you, so we've partnered with a dedicated dog care team to ensure a safe and comfortable place for your canine companions while you enjoy your adventures. This service is available at our Penrhyn Quarry and Llechwedd locations.
To secure a space for you dog/s, pre-booking is advised. Full payment is needed to confirm your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate bookings with less that 48hrs notice or same-day bookings. However we will do our best to accommodate your Fury family members. Our minimum booking is 2 hours. Our phone lines aren’t monitored around the clock, so please reach out via text or email. Please include the date you require in the subject line for all correspondence.
Dog care is £15 per hour & £10 per half hour per dog.
