When are you open?
We are open all year round except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. During off-peak seasons, please visit our checkout to see our booking calendar and our opening days. Each park has different opening times and days so please be sure to plan in advance.
Where can I leave my dog whilst I’m adventuring?
We understand how much your pets mean to you, so we've partnered with a dedicated dog care team to ensure a safe and comfortable place for your canine companions while you enjoy your adventures. This service is available at our Penrhyn Quarry and Llechwedd locations.
To secure a space for you dog/s, pre-booking is advised. Full payment is needed to confirm your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate bookings with less that 48hrs notice or same-day bookings, however we will do our best to accommodate. Our minimum booking is 2 hours. Our phone lines aren’t monitored around the clock, so please reach out via text or email. Please include the date you require in the subject line for all correspondence.
Dog care is £15 per hour & £10 per half hour per dog.

It is your responsibility to ensure you’ve arranged care for your dog whilst you’re busy adventuring. If you choose not to secure dog care, your dog must be accompanied by someone who is not participating in an experience at all times on a lead.
What is the availability for booking?
If you wish to see which days are available to take part in our adventure, please visit our adventures page and look at the booking calendar for days and times.
Do you sell Zip World merchandise?
We sell branded Zip World merchandise at all our our sites including hoodies, keyrings and hats. We also sell locally-sourced items such as Snowdonia Cheese at selected sites. Some of our sites are limited to space so only have a selection of merchandise.
I don't want to participate but is there anywhere I can watch my family take part?
The majority of our adventures offer spaces for you to watch your family or friends take part in the adventure. Some adventures such as Bounce Below do require you to purchase a 'spectator ticket' at a charge of £5. This allows you to use the seated area next to the Bounce Below nets. Some of our adventures do require a spectating adult over 18 years if a child is of a particular age taking part in an adventure.
Do you have accessible toilets?
All of our parks offer accessible toilet facilities, be it at the location itself, or public accessible toilets nearby.
Where do I park for the Forest Lodges?
Each lodge has a clearly signposted, designated parking space located in the upper car park of the Zip World Betws-y-Coed park. Guest parking is completely free, and you'll find simple instructions for registering your vehicle inside your lodge.
Where do I collect the keys for the cottage?
Keys can be collected from a lockbox on the right-hand side of the cottage by the back door. The code for the lockbox will be provided for you through email before you check in.
Where are the nearest shops to the cottages?
Your nearest shops can be found in Llanrwst and Betws-y-Coed which are both a 5-minute drive from the cottage. There is a Co-op and Spar in Llanrwst, as well as a Spar and restaurants in Betws-y-Coed.
