The Fforest Caffi is nestled in the heart of the Conwy Valley on the Zip World Betws-y-Coed site, surrounded by acres of glorious Welsh woodland. Whether it’s a quick bite to eat on your travels, or a re-fuel following your Zip World adventure, the Fforest Caffi caters to every need, with good coffee, an eclectically delicious locally-sourced menu, and both indoor and outdoor dining options. This dog-friendly caffi is the ultimate spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy some beautiful views of the Snowdonia mountain range, while the adventure unfolds around you.

Loyalty Card

With every visit where you purchase food or drink from either venue you will receive a stamp, and on your seventh visit we’ll treat you to a complimentary hot drink and cake!

If you haven’t already received a loyalty card you can pick one up on your next visit to either venue.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

  1. The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase
  2. Loyalty card stamps can be collected on food and drink purchased in Fforest Caffi, Fforest Coffi and Blondins Restaurant.
  3. Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash or any other Zip World products.
  4. We reserve the right to exclude certain product lines from the loyalty card scheme.
  5. No minimum spend per transaction.
  6. Each transaction will be rewarded with one loyalty card stamp
  7. Once the loyalty card holder has redeemed 6 individual stamps the card holder will be entitled to a free hot or cold drink of their choice.
  8. The loyalty card remains the property of Zip World Ltd.
  9. Zip World Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and scheme without any notification.
  10. Zip World ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  11. To redeem your 20% discount off Winter menus at Fforest Caffi or Blondins restaurant please show your loyalty card at time of order and payment.
  12. 20% off winter menu discount includes food and drinks purchased.
  13. 20% off winter menu discount expires on 31/3/19.
  14. 20% discount cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Kids' Parties at Zip World Fforest Caffi

The Fforest Caffi is the perfect location to hold children's parties, with a host of adventures to keep them entertained all day. There is no room charge and we can accommodate between 12 and 30 children.
