What is early-bird pricing?
Our 'early-bird pricing' is a promotional rate offered on selected adventures when booked ahead of time. If you book closer to the adventure date, the early-bird pricing may no longer be available, and standard rates will apply.
No promo code is needed! The early-bird pricing is automatically applied to eligible dates in the booking calendar.
How can I tell which days have early-bird pricing?
To see which dates include early-bird pricing, please refer to the booking calendar for your chosen adventure. Eligible dates will display 'Early Bird Price' and the promotional rate directly on the date. The price is automatically displayed and applied.
How far in advance do I need to book to receive early-bird pricing?
To qualify for early bird pricing, bookings must be made at least 90 days before the adventure date. Booking further in advance increases your chances of securing the promotional rate.
What adventures offer early-bird pricing?
All adventures are included in early-bird pricing, though discounts may not appear for some dates. Depending on the adventure, a reduced rate may only apply once a specific advance booking threshold is met. This advance booking window varies for each adventure.
Can I take part with piercings?
Some of our adventures do require you to remove or cover facial piercings. We would recommend that facial piercings be removed before taking part but please refer to the individual adventure restrictions here.
I am a content creator and want to work with Zip World
Content creators are welcome to book onto experiences themselves and film using a phone, without any special equipment. This can be done without prior discussion or supervision from the marketing team. If you’re interested in a formal collaboration with us, please get in touch before your visit. Don't forget you can also tag us in your content after your adventure for a possible feature on our social media channels.
Why are there two different times on my booking confirmation?
Your booking confirmation email will have an 'arrival time' and a 'start time' for your adventure. Your arrival time will be 30 minutes before the slot you booked, this is so we can make sure you have a smooth check-in process, have enough time to find a parking space and you arrive on time for your adventure briefing.
What do I need to do when I arrive on site?
Once you arrive at our sites and find a car parking space, you will need to pay the parking charge as instructed on the signs around you (sites vary). You will then make your way to our reception where you will check-in using your name or booking reference.
You will then be given a wristband according to the adventure and your session time noted on the wristband. Depending what adventure you are participating in, you will be weighed with the weight written on the wristband for the instructors use. The team at the desk will then direct you to your adventure area. If you have pre-booked souvenir cameras for your adventure, you will be given your unlock codes at the check-in.
Why do I have to be weighed at check-in?
Depending on the adventure you've booked, we do require to know your weight as we have certain restrictions. The weight is taken discreetly and only shown to the person behind the desk. The number may be written on your adventure wristband but this is only shown to the instructor as some adventures require the instructor to know your weight before participating.
