Is there anyway on site to store belongings?
Most sites provide small lockers to store your belongings. These will require you to insert a £1 coin.
Do I need to remove any jewellery before my adventure?
Most of our adventures will require you to remove your jewellery, particularly necklaces and rings. We would recommend leaving them at home or in a secure bag/ locker.
Can I use my phone on the adventure?
Most of our adventures allow you to bring your phone to capture the experience but please note they must be securely fastened to you or in a zipped pocket. You may also not be allowed to use your phone during certain adventures.
Are there toilets on site?
All our sites have toilets accessible to our visitors.
Is there anywhere to eat on site?
The following sites have indoor cafes or restaurants where you can sit down or take away food and drink:
- Zip World Penrhyn Quarry - Blondin - a modern, bistro-style venue.
- Zip World Tower - Cegin Glo - a modern bar and bistro.
- Zip World Betws-y-Coed - Betws Burrito - a cosy woodland cafe with delicious meals.
- Zip World Llechwedd - Llechwedd Cafi - a relaxing cafe perfect for refuelling.
All our sites also provide snacks and drinks for sale.
Does Zip World offer anywhere to stay while I visit?
Zip World has a number of places to stay in North Wales that are perfect for couples, friends and families:
Forest Lodges - Betws-y-Coed
Talfryn Cottages - Betws-y-Coed
Tyn-y-Coed - Capel Curig
All Zip World accommodation is within driving distance of all three of our North Wales sites.
