How to find us
Our cottages are tucked away off the A470, just past Zip World Betws-y-Coed, so getting here is easy. The coordinates will direct you to the entrance of the driveway leading to the cottages. The cottages will come into view and the drive then splits off into Talfryn 1 and Talfryn 2.

FAQS
What time can I check-in and check-out of the cottages?
You can check-in to the cottage after 4pm and check-out by 10am on the day of departure.
What do you mean by self-catered cottages – are there any amenities provided?
We provide a fully equipped kitchen including kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hobs, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is also stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and oven trays.
Do we need to clean the cottages before leaving?
You don't need to clean the cottage before leaving. Our team will strip the beds and clean the surfaces but please leave the property in a respectable manner.
Where do I collect the keys for the cottage?
Keys can be collected from a lockbox outside the door of the cottage. The code for the lockbox will be provided for you through email before you check in.
Is the cottage accessible?
We can’t class the cottage as accessible due to the traditional layout of the property including narrow stairs and doorways.
Is firewood provided at the cottages?
The first bag of firewood and firelighters are provided.
Is there a BBQ provided at the cottages?
We do not provide a BBQ, but you are welcome to bring your own portable BBQ to use outside. We DO NOT allow the use of disposable tray BBQ’s. The BBQ ash must be disposed of properly.
Is there a TV provided in the cottages?
There is a smart TV provided in the living area downstairs.
Where are the nearest shops to the cottages?
Your nearest shops can be found in Llanrwst and Betws-y-Coed which are both a 5-minute drive from the cottage. There is a Co-op and Spar in Llanrwst, as well as a Spar and restaurants in Betws-y-Coed.
Do you provide a cot or highchair at the cottages?
A highchair is provided in the property and is in the cupboard under the stairs. If you need a cot, one can be provided to you upon request before your check-in date.
