Visiting with a disability
We try our best to accommodate people requiring a wheelchair or other assistance across our adventures and sites. To discuss any additional needs or to place your booking with us please contact us on 01248 601 444 or email accessibility@zipworld.co.uk.
We do offer an essential companion ticket to someone with an Access Card from Nimbus Disability. The essential companion will be able to participate free of charge with a paying Access Card holder. If you're an essential companion and you need to assist in helping someone who is participating in the adventure and don't wish to partake yourself, then we can also facilitate this free of charge.
We can only accept a carer free of charge who is an essential companion to someone with an Access Card. This allows us to identify the specific needs of that individual. If you do not have an Access Card and wish to take part in one of our adventures please visit this page to register for a card. If you wish to access other attractions that operate under the Access Card, you can choose to upgrade your card for a charge of £15 for a 3 year membership.
Charity raffle prizes and donations
We offer a monthly draw where we donate adventure vouchers to one school and one charity. To enter, you just need to fill out a short application form. Winners are chosen randomly on the last working day of each month. If you're looking for a donation or raffle prize for your charity, we can assist with that as well.

Do you offer discount for CSSC members?
We offer 10% off adventures exclusively for CSSC members. To make a booking using your discount, please call us on 01248 601 444. Please note, the discount is only valid for the registered CSSC member and proof of membership must be shown at check-in on the day of your booking.
How do I book using my Access Card?
If you wish to book an adventure and hold an Access Card, we ask that you get in touch with us to make the booking on 01248 601 444. We will discuss any additional needs required for your booking, and then ask for your Access Card ID. This will then show us if you qualify for an essential companion ticket. An essential companion ticket can only be processed over the phone and in advance of your booking. If you have not booked or discussed your booking with us in advance, we can't issue an essential companion ticket on the day. Will Zip World Betws-y-Coed be open during my stay at the Forest Lodges?
If you want to experience our adventures at Zip World Betws-y-Coed during your stay, the site is open all year round except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. However, in the off-peak seasons we do operate on selected days only, so the site may not be open during your stay. Please refer to the adventures page on our website to check calendar dates that are available to book.
Are there charging ports to charge my car?
Our customer car parks DON'T HAVE charging facilities for electric vehicles. Our London, Manchester and Windermere sites DO HAVE areas to charge your electric vehicle as they are operated externally.
How many people can stay at the Forest Lodges?
The Forest Lodges can fit up to 2 adults and 3 children. Due to the layout of the lodges, no more than 2 adults can stay as one bedroom has a double or king-size bed and the other bedroom has smaller bunk beds designed for children. If you are a group of more than 2 adults, we would recommend looking if another lodge nearby is available.
How long can we stay at the Forest Lodges?
The Forest Lodges provide a flexible stay from a week to a weekend.
Is the Tyn-y-Coed a good base for visiting Zip World?
The Tyn-y-Coed inn is based in Capel Curig and is a great place to visit all the Zip World sites in North Wales - guests also have access to 10% off adventures with us. From the Tyn-y-Coed to each site:
