Our adventures are extremely popular, especially during school holidays and weekends, booking in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

You can book via the website using the green bar at the top of the page, you will need to select the adventure you wish to book and the number of participants, then click “Check availability”. You can also make a booking by calling our Adventure Booking Centre on 01248 601444, and one of our Adventure Consultants will be happy to help.

We require a minimum of 7 days' notice to be able to make any amendments to a booking – The quickest and easiest way to do this is via our live chat option, or you can call our Adventure Booking Centre on 01248 601444.

Please double check your Junk and/or spam files. In the event you have not received your footage, please email us on info@zipworld.co.uk with the following details - First name, last name, adventure, date of booking, booking reference number, description of yourself – clothing, shoes, distinctive features – tattoos, piercings, etc.

We do not permit the use of personal action cameras on any of our adventures.

Due to limited availability, we highly recommended booking your head camera in advance to avoid disappointment. If you have already made your booking, you can add a camera by calling our Adventure Booking Centre on 01248 601444.

All vouchers purchased direct from Zip World are adventure specific and the value cannot be transferred to a different adventure. As per our terms and conditions, vouchers are non-refundable.

Please note that Zip World Tower, Aberdare is located in South Wales, and is approximately 3 and a half to 4 hours from our sites in North Wales. 

Each adventure has specific restrictions, and all restrictions must be met in order to take part. Please visit each individual adventure to check the restrictions.

We aim to offer our experiences to as many people as possible and we are continually innovating to achieve this. Please view our adventure medical restrictions.

There are occasions where our adventures are affected by the weather. We may need to postpone, make changes to operations or experience delays. Should your adventure experience be impacted, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking and you can also check the status of your adventure using our Ride Status.

Due to the nature of our adventures and the mountainous environment we operate from, anything can change on the day.

All participants are required to fill in the online waiver form prior to arriving on site, we require one form per person, and this is valid for 12 months and covers all adventures. You can find the link for the online waiver form.

Yes, all our sites are dog friendly - this includes our cafes and restaurants, however they must remain on a lead, not be left un-accompanied at any time and can not participate on any adventures or go underground.

Doggy Day Care is available at our Penrhyn Quarry and Llechwedd site. You can make enquiries and booking by contacting via phone on 07950 310 174 or emailing dogcare@zipworld.co.uk.

• 48 hours notice is required
• On the day bookings are not accepted
• Minimum booking is 2hrs
• £15 per hour per dog / £10 per half hour per dog
• 50% non-refundable deposit required on arrival

You will need to arrive on site ready to check in for your experience 30 minutes prior to your adventure start time.

You are able to wear glasses on all of our adventures, including those adventures that requires goggles.

You will need to wear warm comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day, with walking boots or trainers. 

Quarry Karts, please ensure arms and legs are covered. 

Bounce Below and Treetop Nets, trainers only as footwear and please ensure arms and legs are covered.

We advise keeping all personal items in a locked vehicle or in one of our lockers on site. Any personal items you take along on the adventure experience will be at your own risk and we would highly recommend keeping them in a secure pocket.
